2020 Cinsaut
Cinsaut is a bit of an oddball in the vineyard. It produces huge oval grapes that resemble black olives making it a great eating grape too. It, however, doesn’t seem to ripen gradually. Instead, all of a sudden it has great flavor when the day before it seemingly had none.
This Cinsaut has red berries with intense lavender and violet floral notes. In the mouth it shows spices and cedar with a luscious, smooth flavor with nice tannins.
