2020 Carignane
We love how Carignane ripens at a relatively low sugar content translating to a lower alcohol, more food friendly wine with full fruit flavor.
This vintage has dried fig qualities along with plum aromatics and dried Italian seasoning. There’s also a sagebrush like quality that keeps you second guessing what you’re smelling...super complex.
