2022 Roussanne

We love making this wine in a style that is unique among our whites. We stir the sediment in the barrel regularly during the aging process and encourage a bit of the secondary fermentation to take place.  With these processes we get a wine that has quite a bit of creaminess in both the aroma and the texture.  This vintage has green apple, Meyer lemon, chamomile, honeysuckle and green tea. It is very fresh in the mouth with nice body, easy acidity and a long finish.
