2021 Grenache Noir

Known fondly as the Pinot of the foothills, Grenache is the most popular of our red wines.  Oh, this wine is good.  Let’s start with how great it looks in the glass.  Quite dark for a Grenache.  Take a sniff and you get ripe cherry and strawberry fruit with fennel spice and a pretty floral quality too.  It’s lively in the mouth with a creamy texture and soft, clinging tannins and a long fruity finish.
