2023 Roussanne

We love making this wine in a style that is unique among our whites. We stir the sediment in the barrel regularly during the aging process and encourage a bit of the secondary fermentation to take place.  With these processes we get a wine that has quite a bit of creaminess in both the aroma and the texture.  Lemon lime, honeydew and honeysuckle with creamy vanilla and an apricot finish. Delicious!
