This Cinsaut has a beautiful ruby color with pomegranate syrup, cherry and strawberry aromatics. You’ll also notice chili powder, dried dill and violet highlights. It’s very broad in the mouth with a long ripe, fruity and velvety finish.
This vintage is very aromatic with blueberry and cherry fruit. It has a bit of dill, black pepper and warm spices reminiscent of gingerbread. It’s light in the mouth with a smooth, long, jammy fruit finish.
Lots of floral aromatics with cherries, strawberries and orange zest given depth by the French oak in which it was briefly aged.
